FU Burger

We kicked off our FU Burger experience with the Smash Burger—a single patty masterpiece adorned with American cheese, nestled in a toasted custom bun, complemented by pickles, lettuce, and the flavorful FU Sauce. The savory delight exceeded expectations.

Opting for a heartier option, we ventured into the Double Smash Burger, featuring a dynamic duo of patties with a perfect blend of American and Cheddar cheese, expertly sandwiched in a toasted custom bun. The addition of pickles, lettuce, and the signature FU Sauce added layers of flavor, leaving a lasting impression.

Embracing indulgence, youy will not resist the allure of the Triple Smash Burger. This culinary marvel boasted three succulent patties (a whopping 1 lb!) with a harmonious blend of Cheddar, American, and Swiss cheese. Encased in a toasted custom bun and accompanied by pickles, lettuce, and the irresistible FU Sauce, it showcased the epitome of burger perfection.

Exploring unique flavors, we recommend the Bacon Blue Smash Burger. This delectable creation featured a double patty, the savory crunch of chopped bacon, and the rich tang of Blue Cheese—all enclosed in a custom bun. The pickles, lettuce, and FU Sauce provided the finishing touches to a burger that danced on the taste buds.

FU Burger is more than just a casual eatery—it’s a haven for burger enthusiasts. With an extensive menu catering to various tastes and a no-frills ambiance, it’s precisely the type of place where the focus is on the quality of the food. This was undeniably one of the best burger experiences I’ve had since moving to Walla Walla, and I’ve explored most of the town’s offerings. If you appreciate a hearty, flavorful burger and a laid-back setting, FU Burger is a must-visit destination, showcasing the essence of exceptional burger craftsmanship.

For a taste of the wild west, the B.W.N.N is an homage to the lonesome cowboy combined the Double Smash Burger with brisket, fried onions, and a sweet-tangy BBQ sauce. The result was a flavor-packed journey that paid tribute to classic American tastes.

For a smaller portion try the Baby Smash—an adorable, scaled-down version of the Smash Burger. Despite its smaller size, it held its own with cheese, ketchup, pickles, and a perfectly toasted bun.

No burger experience is complete without the perfect sidekicks. The Fresh Cut Garlic Fries were a mountain of crispy perfection, served with ketchup and a side of FU Sauce. The interplay of flavors and textures made them an ideal companion to the main event.

To sweeten the deal, we indulged in the Old Fashioned Milk Shakes. Available in Vanilla, Chocolate, or Strawberry, these 20oz delights were a refreshing and nostalgic finish to our meal.

Ordering at the bar added a touch of simplicity to the experience, and our food arrived promptly within 10-15 minutes. The attentive staff, amidst the bustling Sunday night crowd, ensured our glasses were never empty and swiftly cleared our table.
